Bark & Build Builders Website
A website for Bark & Build Builders, a residential construction company in the Bay Area that does ADUs, remodels, and additions. The brief was simple: bring in more jobs from local search.
The site is laid out around how homeowners actually look for a contractor. Each service gets its own page, there's a portfolio of real projects and a set of testimonials, and a contact form sits wherever someone might be ready to reach out. A blog targets the local, high-intent searches. The one unusual piece is an AI estimator: visitors describe their project, get a rough number back, and leave their contact details, so the leads that come in are already somewhat qualified. Everything is editable by the owners through a CMS, so they can add projects, write posts, and change copy without calling me.
Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with Sanity for content, Supabase for form submissions and media, and Resend for email notifications. Deployed on Vercel.
